How do I choose a size?
Visit our fit and care guide and check the sizes on the article page. Contact us for measurements if you are unsure.
What payments do you accept?
Cash on Delivery and bank transfer when enabled at checkout. Bank transfers require staff verification; uploading a receipt alone does not mark an order paid.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days after order confirmation, or after verified payment for bank transfers. See the shipping page for current charges and details.
Can I return or change a size?
Request a return or exchange within 7 days after delivery. Clothing must meet the conditions in our return policy.
How do I track or change an order?
Keep your confirmation link and order number. Contact us for tracking help or a delivery-address correction before dispatch.
What if the wrong item arrives?
Contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We cover the agreed return delivery cost for incorrect or faulty items.
