Returns, exchanges & refunds
Request a return or exchange within 7 days after your order is delivered.
Eligible clothing
We accept returns and size-exchange requests made within 7 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with their original tags attached. Please return the complete outfit, including any included waistcoat or accessories, in its original packaging where available. Trying an item on carefully to check the fit is fine.
How to request a return
- Contact kurtahouse.shop@gmail.com or +92 335 0482056 with your order number, item, reason and whether you want a refund or exchange.
- Our team will provide return instructions and confirm the return address. Do not send a parcel without contacting us first.
- Pack the clothing securely and keep your courier receipt and tracking number.
Return delivery costs
For a change of mind or size exchange, the customer pays return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee. For an incorrect or faulty item, Kurta House covers the agreed return delivery cost; contact us first so we can arrange it.
Faulty or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and photos as soon as you notice a problem. Do not wash, alter or continue wearing the item. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. This policy does not limit any rights that apply under law.
Refunds
After receiving and approving the returned clothing, we issue the refund within 5–7 working days. Bank-transfer orders are refunded to the original bank account where possible; for COD orders, we arrange a bank refund with the customer. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.
Only the amount paid for the returned article is refunded. Original delivery and COD charges are not refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We confirm the refund breakdown before you send the return.
Exchanges and cancellations
Exchanges depend on available stock. We confirm any price difference and replacement delivery charge before proceeding. To cancel an order, contact us promptly with your order number. If it has already been dispatched, our return process applies.
